What do I need to get started?
Access to your accounting system and bank or card feeds — or statement exports if you don't use feeds.
Can I reconcile past periods?
Yes. Upload prior statements to catch up on months that were never reconciled.
AI & matching
How accurate is the AI?
Accuracy depends on your data, which is why every match has a confidence score and an explanation. You choose the threshold for auto-approval; everything else gets reviewed.
Does the AI change my books?
No. Recon AIQ proposes matches and fixes. Nothing is written to your ledger until someone on your team approves it.
Does it learn from my corrections?
Yes. Corrections become visible, editable rules scoped to your workspace or a specific client.
Security & data
Can Recon AIQ move money?
No. Bank connections are read-only.
Is my data used to train AI for other companies?
No. Learned rules stay in your workspace.
